Bharathi is a seasoned corporate legal expert with over 18 years of industry experience, including 12+ years as a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She is also a Registered Trademark Agent, specializing in trademark registrations, disputes, and litigation matters across India.
Currently heading the Business Set-Up and Regulatory Advisory division of the firm, Bharathi offers comprehensive legal guidance on a variety of corporate and regulatory matters, including:
- Company Law advisory and incorporation services
- FEMA and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) compliance
- Structuring and regulatory advisory for Nidhi Companies
